I had been looking for a product that I could put half a casserole in, freeze, and then later bake the casserole in the oven- and this is it. It is also good for leftovers. The seal is very tight and it keeps food fresh.I purchased the 11 pack over two years ago and liked them so much after several months of use, I bought a second 11 pack. I find that I don't use the smaller sized ones very often, but they do get used every once in a while. I haven't had any problems with leaking. Both the glass and the lids have been through the dishwasher dozens of times. I haven't actually tried the glass in the oven - it wasn't until I looked just now at the product description that I even realized I could do that, but they have no problem in the microwave (the glass, not the lids).I recently just dropped one of the larger containers on the kitchen tile and, needless to say, it shattered. I definitely will be purchasing more of these to (a) replace the one I broke and (b) because I find that when I cook in batches, I tend to need more storage space.Wow great thus far for price... see how long the lids last thouThese are so easy to secure and they seal very well. Food is fresh even if they have set in the fridge for a few days. I do take more care with these as they are glass and heavier than plastic. They come in a variety of sizes so that you have one for whatever you are saving. They stack well, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The easy seal is airtight and I do not have to fight the lids as I did with the all-plastic storage containers we used previously. More than once I put leftovers in the fridge with the old plastic containers, thinking they were sealed, when they were not. Better keep track of these if you send food with someone as they might not want to return them. No issues whatsoever, and highly recommend these storage containers. .Nice clear and affordable ????I use these for lunches at work, they don't leak at all and I love that I don't have to rewarm food in plastic containers. I did however give 4 stars instead of 5 because you have to have the lid perfectly aligned to have all 4 sides click down. Maybe it's just me, but I frequently find myself having 3 sides click down and I can't get the 4th to seal so I have to unclick the 3 sides and shift the lid over just a touch. It's a minor thing but if I ever had to replace these, I'd look for a different lid design.One other thing to consider: I do like that they nest inside each other for storage but, the main reason I use them is work meals. When I meal prep for the week, it would be nice to have several of the same size/dimensions instead of every one being different. I end up with goldilocks meal prep: cramming one portion into a container that is too small, another portion that is drowning in a container that is too big and one that is just right.So yeah, just now received and unboxed Wow. Bowls might leak or even explode when i use them - and that will be today - but from all appearances, these are fine, sturdy glass and I really don't see that happening. Thick glass, secure fitting lids not a chip or crack anywhere. That's the "wow" part. I read a lot of glass bakeware reviews that mentioned broken pieces... I can't even imagine what must have happened during shipping to cause breaks because bowls were carefully and securely packed individually, (a couple were doubled up), each in a styrofoam cut out with protective liners everywhere. 1790 gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ just for that alone. If it turns out otherwise, I will update. I chose this set because it has a mix of round and sq. Sizes. All but the largest SHOULD fit in my 8qt Nutripot, allowing me to cook 4 different decently sized foods at once. Happily, this set was also one of the least expensive, and highly rated. Not always a win-win but I think this is.My original one came and one was shattered it was replaced immediately and arrived the next day. I love the quality and it meets my needs perfectly.They excellent storage containers It doesn’t stain & easy for cleaning. Lids are easy to put on & to remove. Much nicer than plastic storage units. La diferencia es el grosor del vidrio. Pero estos igual de resistentes, las mismas capacidades y la tapa hermética igual de buena. Por todo esto, los recomiendo mucho.
